2017 Mazda3 GT Hatch 6AT, 2018 Honda Civic Type R (traded in) from my experience the top speed in 1st gear was I think 28 MPH and 2nd gear was just before 60 (58?).
As you may notice, the remaining Honda Civics all offer top speeds ranging from 125 MPH to 137 MPH. Do note that the list above considers only the regular Honda Civics, and not the Honda Civic Type R. The manufacturer has designed the Type R model, especially for racing enthusiasts, and offers a much faster speed of 169 MPH.
