While Xbox 360 owners have had great reasons to revisit the city, thanks to two timed exclusive Episodes from Rockstar Games, PS3 owners have moved onto other games and have probably forgotten
After some digging, I found out you can still purchase them through the Xbox Marketplace link in the GTA IV pause menu, but it shows a message saying something along the lines of "this content may only be playable on Xbox 360." I don't have a 360 anymore and obviously dont wanna waste money on something that I won't even be able to play.
